Random question but why do a lot of internet weirdos seem to simp Keanu Reeves a lot, I know he’s a very good actor and all and seems to be a kind man, but I don’t understand the idolization the internet seems to give him

Aside from that, he's a sympathetic person; he lost both his daughter and girlfriend in the span of two years. While taking an appropriate amount of time to grieve, he didn't let these events cause him to become embittered. He's a paragon of strength.
Lastly, he is notably introverted, which is something that I feel resonates deeply with the whole meme crowd. We're rather outspoken when behind a keyboard, but let's be real here, most of us are the silent, background types when it comes to our presence in real life.

And very finally, despite being worshipped by meme-lords everywhere for The Matrix and John Wick, he's never let his fame go to his head. By all accounts, he's more like Mark Ruffalo in terms of being a generally kind-hearted dude, rather than a famous, but egotistical, snob.
