I think Cyberpunk's flashing lights was STUPID and uncreative. BUT, if that's how they pictured it when they designed it, so be it. Just don't buy it and support devs that support accessibility. Games are not a public utility and you can't force creative decisions on people.
Haven't played it, but did they at least have a photosensitivity warning buried in the opening legal screens? It doesn't make a difference either way, no consumer has ever won a photosensitivity-related lawsuit against a game maker (and for good reason), I'm just wondering.
