To be fair most of the US doesn't have Mexican food. It's some sort of abomination. California born and raised, then lived in Texas for two months. Never found anything worthy of the title there
Of all the things I wouldn't have expected to be the same between Sweden and Japan compared to the US, a complete desert of good, available Mexican food is not one of the things I'd have put on my list.
