Instead of messing around with Black Friday sales, I just dropped about €120 on buying every last ingredient (except the Grand Marnier) from the Last-Minute Thanksgiving ep of @BingingWBabish.
Tonight is a kitchen deep-clean, tomorrow is pre-prep, Saturday is The Thing™.
NB: Not entirely true, the local ICA also didn't have fresh sage, and there was a lack of duck fat. I also couldn't find medium-cut bacon, so I split the difference with some packs of "stekfläsk" instead, which are similar, and not the paper-thin bacon cuts Sweden seems to love.
