Oooohhh... I just ran the installer myself, and seemingly... the only thing you need to do to install the software, is literally just hit "Next"...
For anyone curious as to how I so managed to screw up installing something as "simple" as LibreOffice, I did this. Are you ready? Okay, so, I ran the installer, and accepted the default options.pic.twitter.com/BR8dz1PWpR

While it is unusual, I think it definitely makes sense to not be able to see the required parts of the software, given they can't be interracted with
