Strange, I've read it multiple times and I can't see where OP says anything about whether or not the NY Post should or shouldn't exist, simply states an opinion. One which you can do what you like with.

Who gets to decide what is "press" and what is "free"? To me, the only thing that really needs revising in the US is its concept of defamation (slander/libel). Drawing down on defamation law would handily tighten things on both sides of the aisle.
Just my personal take, but I can't stand the fact that there is an arbitrarily heightened bar for defamation when it comes to a "public figure". Maybe that meant something in the 1700's, but what does it mean now? Is a blue-check on Twitter a "public figure"?
