To be blunt, there aren't any, but there could be. What is needed is someone to coordinate acquisitions and someone to coordinate dumping. I'll clarify more in-thread.
Game & Watch handhelds were unique in that the complete chip was soldered onto the board, pins and all. This made them easy to dump electronically. Tiger handhelds are the more nefarious chip-on-board style, with an epoxy dot over a bare die, only bonding out necessary pins.

Therefore, unlike Game & Watch titles, Tiger handhelds *must* be decapped in order to dump them, which is an inherently destructive process.

Sean Riddle is currently the only person equipped to both decap the handhelds, photograph the die, *and* get the LCD segments photographed in a fixed jig so that the end result can be traced over in a vector art program.
