I immediately thought "Wait, if all machines are broken then why hasn't anyone tried getting the schematics or dumps or whatever to try to get it in MAME?"
MAME is perfectly capable of emulating this and other discrete, CPU-less titles. It's not peoples' fault, though. It's our, the MAME team's, fault. We're collectively terrible at self-promotion. The team's hands-off attitude of "Do cool things, wait for attention" was only applicable in the late 90's and early aughts when people still looked for content.

There is indeed! It lives in src/lib/netlist. MAME already uses it to emulate Pong, Pong Doubles, Breakout, and Rebound. I have incomplete/partly-working transcriptions of Stunt Cycle and Tank, too.

The problem is finding owners and getting them to care. As a armchair game historian, I can only spend my time nudging someone on twitter or whatever, but it's up to people who have the cabinets/papers.
