The Apple eMate 300 boot ROM is a huge jerk. The first instruction it runs is branch to 0x01A00004, which is well outside the 8-meg space it occupies. There's got to be something stupidly simple that I'm missing here, but I'll be darned if I know what it is.
What in the world... the ROM I'm using has entirely different vectors. Now that I think of it, I don't actually remember where the ROM I'm using came from. Do you happen to have a flat dump of an eMate 300 that *isn't* in AIF format?pic.twitter.com/OoM2l65vpA

Sadly, the eMate 300 ROM in the archive has the exact same CRC32 and SHA1 as the one in MAME, and it opens with the same branch at 0 to 1A00004; so it's either a bad dump or I'm missing something painfully obvious.
