The Apple eMate 300 boot ROM is a huge jerk. The first instruction it runs is branch to 0x01A00004, which is well outside the 8-meg space it occupies. There's got to be something stupidly simple that I'm missing here, but I'll be darned if I know what it is.

Is there a disassembler that isn't MAME you can check that against?
MAME's ARM core is good enough to emulate MAME itself, so I doubt it's an issue that can be solved with a disassembler. As for Newton emulators, there's Einstein. I've been looking at the source code, and I feel like I know even less than when I started.
