Tricky. It depends on the exact specs of the gates I guess... You can calculate the RC time constant and compare that to the trigger levels of the gates, but to be honest I would probably cheat and just run it through Spice

I'm not quite sure. According to the schematic, R1 and R2 are equal, 56KOhm. Though assuming the R really is 56KOhm and C is 0.001 microfarad, then 1.232kHz looks like a value I'd be willing to buy.
