Yes. I'm stuck on my work PC given the whole work-from-home situation, and I'm rapidly finding that the N version of Windows 10 is kinda garbage.
Hate to say it, but at that point I'd probably nuke the drive and reinstall...

There isn't one in windows/system32, and I'm not going to download some random unsigned DLL that someone chucks up on the 'net.

Use Settings -> System -> About to find the Windows 10 version (it's next to Version near the bottom)
