2/ There are at least three known alternate versions, which still need preserving: - A bug-fixed version of Judge in a different case color. - A bug-fixed version of Chef(?), only differentiable by opening the case and looking at the chip marking.
3/ - An alternate version of Mario's Cement Factory, as the boot melody was purportedly too close to "Another One Bites the Dust", and thus changed for legal reasons. Lastly, the quality of the Egg LCD art is rather low, as it was hand-traced from poor photographs.
4/ A HUGE amount of thanks goes out to Sean Riddle, for being the first person in the west to discover that Game & Watch titles could be dumped and emulated, and developing the original dumping rig that @algestam was able to clone in order to do dumping on this side of the pond.
5/ And last, but definitely not least, this wouldn't have happened without @algestam's tireless dedication to getting these units dumped in order to lighten Sean's workload. He even went so far as to spin up his own PCB designs to wire up G&W LCDs for photographing!

What can @algestam do about the melody ROMs marked as BAD_DUMP?
Nothing, they're marked BAD_DUMP because of the dumping method, which involves making the game play each melody and then working backwards to get the data itself. The relevant games will need decapping to get at the raw bits for 100% verification, but it's good enough for now.
@joffeorama Emulated LCD games! A bit higher profile than the stuff you've talked about wanting to preserve but an exciting step. Someone needs to work out how to dump all the old Tiger games. I wonder if they're mostly based on a common design
