Are you implementing an emulator?

@PhilBennett3D wrote a MAME driver 11 years ago, but never submitted it. I modernized the driver through 11 years of core API changes and submitted it yesterday. There's a huge list of issues, but this is the first time the publicly-available driver has booted the CMI software.

The driver (cmi.cpp) is currently in the primary MAME branch: https://github.com/mamedev/mame I admit I buried the lede, though. There's still things to fix, like: * Filters * PIT test in MAST diag fails because our pitch calcs are... off. * SMIDI card * Video updates tank performance
