Any ideas on how to convert a B6I image to an ISO image, without using adware or payware-infested garbage?

crap solution, but you can mount it with CDEmu and then dump it with dd to ISO
I'm not sure WinCDEmu actually can mount B6I files, and in the event that you're referring to a different utility, I'd like to make it clear that I'm on Windows.
