We see what you mean — sorry for any trouble this has caused. We can certainly raise the idea of changing up the order or adding a confirmation message with our team. 
@SlackHQ In your web client, have you considered having something more innocuous than "Pin Message" directly next to "Edit Message", for the sake of those who have less than stellar motor skills? Or at least having a confirmation modal on message pinning?
