What's the easiest way these days to make an animated GIF from multiple individual frames?

I use unFREEze for that, just needs each frame to be a non-animated .gif first It's just drag and drop the files in order and convert, with settings for how fast to switch frames and such
I had a bit of trouble finding it at first since it's actually called "UnFREEz", with no 'e' at the end. But once I found it - dang, this is really a fast and simple utility. I love it, thanks!

No worries at all. My Google-Fu is pretty decent, so I was able to tack on a couple of keywords and ended up finding it no problem. It's refreshing to see that dedicated, single-task utilities are still a thing in this day and age.
