Assuming both are static external resistors, 330 Ohm will give faster rise time, and draw more current when the output is low, as well as the logic low level will be higher, thus reducing noise margin. Given the performance of 8751, this is pointless. I recommend 10K pullup.
When it comes to GPIO ports on an HMOS Intel 8751, what's the practical difference between a bit being strongly tied to VCC (through a 330-ohm resistor) vs. weakly tied to VCC (through a 1K-ohm resistor)?
