Depends on what you want to boot into. If you're booting into the music system, all you need is the Fairlight System disk in drive 0. The bootstrap ROM will automatically boot it.
@tschak Can you give me a run-down on how one would boot a Fairlight CMI IIx from disk? I seem to recall it involves some combination of QDOS and System disks, but I don't remember the exact magic.

QDOS was really only needed for disk maintenance, formatting, duplicating disks, etc.
