Quick question - supposing I have a bunch of WAV files that I want to turn into a CD image as if the image had been ripped off an audio CD, using Windows, what do I do?

Imgburn. It lets you drag and drop the wav files and make a burnable iso.

The default Imgburn installer does try to install junk. But there are alternative and unofficial ones (e.g. Ninite).
