If you want an "exact" match, probably difficult. If it's sufficient to have 100% electrical equivalence, and follow the layout and style pretty well, then that's not so hard. It will take customizing the schematic symbols rather than using as-is. 1/

The benefit is that you wind up with a true "machine readable" file, which can potentially be used to generate a netlist, lay out a PCB, etc. 2/2
