Then that I hope you communicate that to the government, because honestly, at the moment, that is the only hope I have. If the Swedish people say enough is enough they might actually change course and save lives. Because this isn’t going to get better any time soon.

I'm just another invändrare, I suspect the government doesn't care what I have to say, unfortunately.

This is about volume. Currently no one is speaking up because no one is speaking up. That is no course of action.

Suppose that I'm basically conversational in Swedish, but have a hard time navigating Sweden's governmental websites due to complicated words, and a typical lack of an English option: Bottom line, to whom can/should I write? I want to, and will - I just don't know how.

Maybe start by writing to the newspaper? You will bring an external perspective.

Completely serious: Which newspaper? I generally consume my news from e.g. SVT. Everyone has their own perspectives on newspapers here, and I don't know which ones are legitimately good and factual. I don't want to be writing to a paper that helps prop up t.ex. SD or NMR.

As an aside, I want to thank you for looking past my initial bristling reply and taking the time to engage me in conversation. I acknowledge that my initial replies were not written the best way possible, and I apologise for that.

It seems Aftonbladet is well respected, but definitely ask friends or neighbors. https://www.aftonbladet.se/

Thank you. From what I've seen, they've always struck me as even-handed. I'll see what I can do. I do appreciate the clarification - for some reason I've always kept confusing Dagens Nyheter and Aftonbladet. But from everything I've heard, DN are, let's say, "sensationalist".

Normally, DN is more "sane", it's a morning broadsheet, and they have usually been pretty sane, more and deeper analysis Aftonbladet is a tabloid mess, and their only redeeming quality is volume - their web page is usually wide open and most articles are not behind a paywall.

Right, I do keep confusing the two. Thank you for also weighing in. Sounds like the better option is to ignore both DN and AB and try for SvD.
