Do any of you audio people have info on the custom "ADPCM36" format supported by Taiwanese chip maker, SunPlus/GeneralPlus? It's apparently an advanced form of ADPCM with a rate of about 36kbytes/sec, and up to 32 "code points", whatever those are.
1 channel, sample rate approximatel 10995Hz. The dump ended because it was the entirety of the sample.

Here's another one: http://polygonal-moogle.com/mame/spg/adpcm36_chan12_0.bin … It should be a voice saying "Geeeet READY!". And in fact you can sort of hear it if you decode standard OKI ADPCM, but it's heavily distorted.

Lastly, I checked the link that you provided, and none of the ADPCM decoders seem to do much with this format. Seems completely bespoke.
