CW: nazis For real, back in 2006 I straight-up saw a GSD fursuiter cosplaying with certain, ahem, *military* regalia, barely bowdlerized, at Anthrocon. Furries will forgive a lot of abhorrent shit if they think the animal or character is "hot". It's sad and pathetic.
As an aside, I'd like to also point out that that kind of shit would not even remotely fly at #NordicFuzzCon, which is why it rapidly became my favourite convention to attend. Someone trying to pull that would get yeeted almost immediately.
Where is it
From 2013 to 2019 it was here in Stockholm, Sweden. This year (2020), it's in Malmö, Sweden, as the convention has outgrown any viable convention centers short of the Eriksson Globe (aka 'Globen'), which would, by contrast, be far too large and expensive.
