Oh I thought I was losing my mind. I unlocked it for the first time ever the other day and was wondering why it was so damn hard!
Junimo Kart in the latest version of Stardew Valley is crap. It pretty much just ditches any sort of difficulty ramping and goes all-in from level one. Screw that.

No, it used to be much more simple, but in the process of making it more of a proper game-in-a-game, it seems the developer entirely lost sight of the concept of a difficulty ramp.
