Is it weird that I don't like answering the question "How much did your [fursuit/latex/etc] cost?" publicly? Most of my stuff is custom and the cost could very well vary depending on the design. I'd recommend getting a quote from the respective makers.
Not weird at all, because it's a social trap. Best case, someone wants advice on affordable makers, which can just as easily be dispensed without quoting exact amounts. Worst case, they're fishing for a reason to moan about your spending cash while thoroughly lacking context.
