Maybe so, but I only check my Twitter timeline every few days. Other than liking some shitposts, those DMs read like the responses of someone with their back to the wall. Plain and simple, my following someone on this shit-show of a website doesn't mean I endorse what they say.
I mean, I'm pretty much an atheist, but I still follow Zach Mabry, despite the fact that he's an avowed Catholic. I follow a couple of people who could be described as Republicans, because they're more than the sum of their tweets.

Ultimately one could make the argument that I owe some duty of care given the number of followers I have, but given the number that I've actually seen interact with me, I'd wager the vast majority are merely bots that are a hold-over from my days with Mojang.
