I had 4 highlighted blockages of my heart when the heart attack happened. They tend to hold off on doing too many at once. This time, they did the final set of two, which means I'm out of blockages, so that's off the table. The next thing is getting fit and changing diet more.

My mom is a heart attack survivor. When she was taken in to have stints installed, the surgeons found that her heart was already growing new arteries to try to route around its own blockage. Apparently that was all thanks to her bicycling habits.
