Looking at my profile, I guess, even closing in on 40 (just a couple of year off) I don't really even know who I am yet. I do retro stuff, I care about the past, I care about people being allowed to express themselves without fear, but that doesn't really cement me as a person.
The truth is that very few people know who they are. It's just that most people suffer silently, perhaps not knowing where that ever-present malaise comes from. Folks like us on the spectrum are at least more clued into the source, but are as bereft of solutions as anyone.
