Brief thread: As someone who is #ActuallyAutistic and #OpenlyAutistic, I would like to take a moment to say that @ArrowheadGS is one of the only companies I've ever worked for (in-office) where they get autistic acceptance right.
My coworkers have been eager to learn more about the disorder in order to be as supportive as they can be, and our HR dude, Seabass, has shown no limit to his level of just generally being an understanding and supportive dude.
As opposed to @Microsoft's tone-deaf articles from 5 years ago where they claimed to support autistic employees, via managers using florid prose to dance around a statement which amounted to "We love autistic people, they'll work inhumane hours because they don't know better."
