I'm only one person, with a whole existence beyond social media with many problems to fill it - i don't ignore anyone. It breaks me when i can't help. But it's not like i have my fingers in my ears: My email address is on my blog, my twitter messages are open, i have a FB page

Anyone who follows me closely will see i've not posted on my FB for months & infrequently been on twitter. I'm dealing with my own shit & am useless to anyone else unless i'm strong enough - I try to help as many people as i can using my time & spoons & have done for free 4 years
