Hey now, Cholula is awesome for certain things, particularly if you're going to mix it with a soup, stew, casserole, or whatnot. But on doughy or crusty things, it doesn't stick half as well as Frank's!

I'm biased because the pequin peppers they use are some of my favorite (I have multiple of them growing in my backyard right now, they grow like weeds here). Something about that earthy pepper flavor feels classic to me. I realize it's not for everyone.
