I understand your cynicism, but there are none of those things at Arrowhead. Anyone engaging in even a whiff of sexism, god forbid sexual assault, would be shunned and kicked the fuck to the curb, and rightly so. There's zero crunch. The games are targeted older players.
targeted *at* older players, rather. Kids don't even know what Gauntlet *is*. Everyone has welcomed me, a nonbinary autist, with open arms. People contort themselves into knots to be helpful and understanding.

Having worked at an EA studio, an ATVI studio, Scaleform, Mojang, and King, quite frankly, working here for the past two years has really thrown into sharp relief just how utterly *shit* so much of the rest of the industry is. So don't get me wrong, I'm with you.
