I've been eyeing an ICE unit for a while for a poorly emulated architecture for a while but I have no idea what I would do with it.

I don't have the CPU emulator, but I have a ROM emulator for the HP Saturn processor used in HP calculators from the HP-71B through the Pioneer series (e.g., HP-32S) to the HP-38 and HP-48. Saturn uses a custom nibble-serial bus.
