I spent the last hour crying on & off because a customer said she was going to complain about me because I got confused & only gave her one timetable when I she needed 2 types. This lady complains about everything but knowing I messed up has devastated me.
I feel your pain. On Wednesday I shared what I thought was just a funny joke, but one of my coworkers objected - I spent most of the evening at home in tears.
