If you program and you don't think you can cook, you're wrong. Cooking is more like programming than you think. You start out following tutorials - recipes. Then you start freestyling on the guidelines put forth by them. Sometimes it tastes bad, a compile error.

Completely serious, there's more in common than either profession wants to admit. Can you poison yourself with badly-cooked food? You can destroy your hard drive with a badly-written program. In both cases, it only comes about if you're careless or needlessly adventurous.
