My package has been delayed in customs for 30 days. Contacted customer service, we both had some really good laughs and a nice conversation. Always be nice to customer services, they're there to help you.
Damn right. Whenever I call up Com Hem to report an outage or whatever, I always make a point of letting them know that I totally understand that it's not the fault of the person I'm speaking with. You can almost hear the person become more relaxed.
