I found a copy of the source that looks to be public domain, but it would of course be nice to get direct permission from the man himself.

So, Timothy Lottes doesn't seem to make himself easily contactable, and I'd rather like to obtain his permission to port his CRT shader to BGFX's semantics for inclusion in mainline MAME. Any of you rendering folks who follow me, what do?
