I think I’m one of those people who has the “cilantro tastes like soap” gene but weirdly enough I don’t mind it at all?
Yeah, same. It has a really strong taste, I can only handle small amounts that complement the flavor of the dish as it's really overpowering otherwise, but I do like it.
