Bit of column A, bit of column B. I'm a coder at AH so I want to see our open positions filled, but there's no referral bonus, so my incentive isn't monetary. It's more that as one of the 500 cut in 2011 when ATVI closed the Hero BU, on a personal level, I want to help.
