Unpopular opinion: if you're perceived as rude, it's probably because you're being rude. When I went out into the workforce 14 years ago, I was constantly being accused of rudeness by my coworkers, and in retrospect, yes, that is how I was acting.
Moreover, one social thing that's rarely mentioned by anyone, particularly allistics, is that rudeness is not a conscious decision - it's possible to be rude while still having the best of intentions.

We autistics are born with a deficit in being able to evaluate what we're saying from the standpoint of another, but much like everyone, even allistics, are born with a deficit in being able to ride a bicycle, with effort and self-reflection it's possible to learn.
