Same here. It's why I'm probably going to spend most of NordicFuzzCon holed up in my room: I'm just not a person who can just go up and say 'hi' to people, or join in an in-person conversation.

One thing i always say at cons is my table always has open invite even if ppl just sit and play on their phones

Same here. If I'm hanging around in the bar and there's a spare seat, I'll usually invite someone to sit in it :3

Reminds me of that time took the empty seat next to when I was sat alone, literally took it elsewhere.

"Oi, I said you could join us, not steal the chair!"
