Today's fun Swedish fact: While English has "less" and "fewer" for uncountable vs. countable things, but just "more" in the other direction, Swedish has it covered in both directions: "mindre" and "färre" versus "mer" and "fler".

There's an argument to be made for "greater" versus "more", but you wouldn't say "greater restaurants" in English. "More restaurants" -> "fler restauranger", "more sand" -> "mer sand".
