My only disagreement is that it’s still November, V for Vendetta month. Die Hard’s next month.
Counterpoint: Thanksgiving was over a week ago. The holiday season pretty much starts as soon as Thanksgiving is out of the way.

More pragmatically, we want to see both Die Hard and Die Hard II, but like half the studio is off on the 7th due to Smash. Which just leaves today and the 14th, because much of the studio is also taking a week's early vacation before the official holiday break after the 21st.

Thanksgiving is a fairly miserable holiday revolving around seeing family members who you can either take or leave. What I've imported here to Sweden is Friendsgiving, on the last Saturday in November. All are welcome, though the bringing of something to share is encouraged.
