FYI, for those of you with a working SPARCstation and any Sun SBus cards that are not currently dumped: If the only ROM on the board is the FCode ROM, people have devised a way of dumping the ROM textually via the serial console. If you can help, get at me!

I have quite a number of sbus cards, but most of them are cgsix/tgx framebuffer cards and the rest are FDDI and other miscellaneous cards of that nature. Can this be done under Linux? my SS5 is running kernel 2.4.37.11 under Debian Etch.
Ping me in about, eh, 12 hours or so and I'll let you know. On sun4c hardware, at least, it mainly involves dumping the memory space starting at FFED9000 (depending on the SBus slot you have the card in). YMMV on non-sun4c hardware.
