@JimSterling While the topic of crunch is still hot, I'd like to give a shout out to Arrowhead Game Studios and their no-crunch policy. As a bit of an anorak who likes to pull an all-nighter here and there, I've had to relentlessly defend my choice to work OT, and rightly so!
I've had to make it *abundantly* clear and promise HR that the moment I feel even slightly crispy, I'm dropping my hours to a flat 8 a day no matter what. Props to them for taking a no-crunch policy seriously, but giving me the leeway I'd like!
