I may have found the worst, least educated tech journalism article I've ever seen. The crux of their argument is that the pixel3 is more secure because the Titan M TPM is separate from the SoC, so there's a smaller attack surface. That's what "smaller attack surface" means, right? The chip has a smaller surface area than the SoC, therefore it is more secure! ;D
