I wonder if something else about the events that led up to that day helped fuel the decision to deactivate my accounts. I can't quite recall why I did it, though I do remember doing it.

My head is broken. I am incompatible with most human life, despite efforts at integration, I fail, repeatedly. I'm best off being that quirky voice no one ever sees the owner of. A shadow in the dark.

Were only it 'days'... and not weeks, months, years, decades. I have a bad life. I resigned to that a long time ago.

I wish I could say it gets better... but all I can say, selfishly, is that my days were that much darker while you were offline. And I hope that you can find the happiness that you deserve.
