Random brain dump regarding systems based on the SunPlus/GeneralPlus SPG microcontroller in MAME - bugs first, limitations second, and requests third: 1. Various inaccuracies in audio envelope emulation. Causes some samples to sound odd.

2. VSmile should show a boot anim even with no cartridge inserted. The program code runs off into the weeds instead. 3. VSmile games just loop the initial logo screen rather than booting. 4. Wall-E's game code repeatedly re-triggers the "Wall-E" voice sample on the title screen.

5. Wall-E lacks New Game / Continue Game menu options on the title screen. 6. Radica PlayTV / ConnecTV Skateboarder has palette issues on the high-score screen with default NVRAM. 7. Music sequences fail to loop. 8. Basketball on zone60/wirels60 jumps to junk code and exits MAME.

Limitations: 1. SPI, I2C, and the serial UART are varying degrees of not emulated. In particular, this will cause issues once VSmile emulation doesn't crash. 2. FIQ source selection is not emulated. 3. Sleep mode is not emulated. 4. Software audio channels are not emulated.

4(cont'd): Because nothing uses them yet. 5. Hue/saturation controls are not emulated due to nothing using them yet. 6. Wallpaper mode and bitmap mode are not emulated on the background planes due to nothing using them yet. 7. The PRNG registers use the wrong seed and taps.
