@ComHemAB This is at least the fourth time in three days that there has been a network outage on the Trångsund end of Skogås. That is unacceptable. I demand a partial refund of my monthly bill.
No, if given the choice, I would just as soon take some straightforward honesty, which is that as one customer amongst potentially millions, my ongoing and persistent connectivity issues will met with a level of concern commensurate with my overall monthly bill: Minimal.
